Punches of bright red announce the matador and bull as the pair manoeuvre across the monochrome panels of the Matador series. Dislocated in their abstracted setting on white, their bodies and actions are curtailed through each crop of their forms. Elided and omitted the pair’s violent dance is cut back to a summary of staccatoed movements against the landscape of inky numbers.
